Job Title: Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate phlebotomy specialist to join our team. As a leading laboratory, we strive for excellence in patient care and diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood specimens from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process specimens for analysis across multiple laboratory departments.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of laboratory procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Pathology Collection or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Biomedical Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in pathology collection.

  • Salary Rate: $35.00-$45.00 per hour under a casual employment agreement, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment after 3 to 6 months.
