Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Sales & Service representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating moments that matter for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing genuine service and creating moments that matter with customers;
  2. Using strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance;
  3. Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards;
  4. Processing stock, receiving, dispatching, and storing;
  5. Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Note: This role requires lifting, bending, and climbing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are open to receiving applications from people without industry knowledge. However, mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
