Mobile Phone Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Smartphones, Tablets, and other Mobile Devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair Smartphones, Tablets, and other Mobile Devices.
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries/technical phone issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent repair skills to customers.
  • Conduct quality control tests.
  • Provide repair skill training to new or junior technicians.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' work experience in Smartphone, Tablets, and other Mobile Devices repair as a mobile phone technician.
  • Exceptional Mobile Phone Repair Skills across all popular brands of Smartphone and Tablets.
  • PREFERRED: Micro soldering level repair skill.
  • Strong technical attributes and responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
