Our airport is the Western Hub connecting people, businesses and communities of Western Australia with the rest of Australia and the world.


We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year, providing economic, social and cultural benefits to West Australians.
Over the coming decade, we will expand our International Terminal, build new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey car parks and an airport hotel. This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia hosting all flight services in a central location, giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.
The Perth Airport estate spans over 2100 hectares and has developed a portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings.
We service a truly diverse community and play an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.
About the Role
  • Job Description: We seek a highly skilled Security and Emergency Operations Manager to lead our security and emergency operation.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Lead a team of specialists to ensure day-to-day security and emergency operations are safe, secure, efficient and compliant.
    • Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of our security and emergency response arrangements.
    • Manage the Aerodrome Emergency Plan and ensure all associated documentation and procedures are current and effective.
    • Oversee and manage contracted security services providers to ensure KPIs and compliance obligations are met.
    • Investigate security and emergency incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans.
    • Coordinate emergency training programs, exercises, and debriefs to maintain readiness and continuous improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external emergency response agencies.
    • Provide technical advice and leadership during airport emergencies and escalated incidents.
