About the Role
The Executive Culinary Manager is responsible for providing quality meals and refreshments to residents that meet their individual needs, in accordance with Arcare's values. You will work closely with our catering team to ensure that all staff maintain safe food handling practices.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic person who has working knowledge of menu planning, ordering and special diet preparation. You should be flexible in your thinking and courageous in your actions, with a passion for building a person-centred environment for our residents.
