Executive Lounge Host Job Description

At Pullman, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Executive Lounge Host, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our VIP guests feel welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome VIP guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Offer information on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their satisfaction at all times.
  • Monitor lounge cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Assist with lounge events and special services, providing exceptional support and attention to detail.
  • Record and respond to guest feedback, using it to enhance service delivery and improve the guest experience.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as guest reservations, lounge inventory, and billing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or lounge setting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with high-profile guests and team members.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle guest requests and complaints with tact and courtesy.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining high service and presentation standards.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining calm and efficiency.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others, collaborate across departments, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required by the needs of the lounge.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, particularly those relevant to international guests, is a plus.
