Lead Swim Lessons Manager

A great opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced Swim School Operations Manager to lead a passionate, professional, and highly engaged swim school team.
The RoleThe Swim School Operations Manager is responsible for the operation of the swim school. This role involves leading the swim teaching team to ensure the delivery of high-quality swim lessons.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the swim school by implementing and promoting aquatic programs in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement swim lesson plans that meet the needs of students and exceed customer expectations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the swim teaching team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality lessons
- Deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to business objectives
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents, providing recommendations for prevention
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) including lesson attendance, student retention, and budget management
Applicants should possess a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence. Experience in a swim school environment and demonstrated ability to lead a team are essential.
About the Qualifications- National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current Swim Teaching Certificate
- Swim Teaching extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
- Previous Swim School Coordinator Experience
- Strong people leadership skills with an ability to inspire others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Legally entitled to work in Australia
