We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a vital member of our service, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily living assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapy goals as required
- Support clients with dementia and other complex needs
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
As a Home Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life and be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care.
Requirements:
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
