Early Childhood Professional Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as an Early Childhood Professional Lead. This role is responsible for leading the development of high-quality educational programs for children aged 15 months to 6 years.

Job Description
  • Liaise with the centre leadership team to develop and implement educational strategies that promote child learning and development.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
