Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist our kitchen team at the Southern Sydney Event Centre in Hurstville.

Our venue has undergone significant expansion, featuring a 600-seat auditorium, 150-seat restaurant, rooftop bar and lounge, gaming floor and 125-room hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, plates and utensils

- Assist kitchen team members as required

Requirements:

- Working rights in Australia

- Availability to work nights, weekends, split shifts and public holidays

- Must be available to work on Mondays and Tuesdays

Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
