The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join our Brisbane team. As part of our high-performing Program, Cost, Consultancy group, you will be responsible for providing quantity surveying and cost management services on some of Queensland's and Australia's largest and most iconic projects.

  • Cost planning and estimating during design phase;
  • Measurement of quantities based on design drawings;
  • Construction phase cost management;
  • Cash flow forecasting;
  • Assisting with feasibility studies, capital cost advice;
  • Life-cycle costing.

You will have the opportunity to work with a global network of experts and contribute to the delivery of transformational outcomes for our clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant postgraduate professional experience;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline-driven team environment;
  • Consulting experience – advantageous;
  • Demonstrated skills in managing project costs and budgets;
  • Relevant tertiary qualification;
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite – essential;
  • Middle-to-high-level knowledge of CostX – essential.
Qualifications

You will need to hold a relevant tertiary qualification and preferably possess recognition from bodies such as RPEQ, AIQS, RICS, or their equivalent.
