Job Description

This exciting full-time opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for content creation and a desire to develop their skillset.

As part of our Digital & Transformation team, the Content Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the collection, optimisation, and creation of product data & content.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating new product enrichment, product maintenance, and product content writing.
  • End-to-end product image content management.
  • Optimising product-related content to drive sales through our E-commerce channels.
  • Collaborating with different teams to expand product knowledge of our brands.
  • Maintaining content & data standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking someone who possesses the following skills and experience:

  • A qualification or undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field such as Business, Communications, or similar discipline.
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform with speed.
  • A strong appetite for learning and developing.
  • Confidence and adaptability using computer software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
