We're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and we need your expertise as a Senior Service Designer to join our Research & Service Design team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role

In this 6-month contract, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that empowers teams to deliver for our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging design thinking, systems thinking, and future thinking to inform and shape accessible, sustainable, and seamless products, services, and experiences for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Human-centred design to deeply understand people's needs and behaviours;
  • Collaborative ideation techniques to create and validate solutions;
  • High-quality strategy and service design skills across all phases of design;
  • Presentation of complex information in a visual and understandable way;
  • Articulated experience and service impact and value of design solutions;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills;
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between business and technology;
  • Future thinking and working with complex systems and structures;
  • Continuous improvement of experiences using design research and data;
  • Quantitative data analysis and statistics;
  • Generative AI knowledge;
  • Accessibility awareness.
