As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing practical and emotional support to individuals with disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives and help them live independently and comfortably.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and assistance to clients, using their skills and experience to build strong relationships and trust.

This is a casual role that offers flexibility and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are looking for reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who can provide quality care and support to our clients.

We require our Care Workers to possess a range of skills and qualities, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience and understanding, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • A current National Police Certificate
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Physical capability to meet the requirements of the role
  • A First Aid Certificate
  • Smart Phone and internet access
