Position Overview

- Enhance our brand visibility through impactful marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email outreach, and content creation.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive Marketing & Communications Strategy that aligns with the Sofitel brand ethos.
- Oversee advertising campaigns, sales presentations, and promotional activities for the hotel.
- Conduct market analysis to uncover emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, leveraging insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Manage the development and consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Supervise public relations initiatives to bolster the company's public image.
- Facilitate monthly evaluations with designated agencies regarding campaign performance and outcomes.
- Administer the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation for optimal return on investment.
- Collaborate with the Sales department to create sales support materials and ensure marketing efforts are in harmony with business objectives.
- Work in tandem with other departments, including Operations and Revenue, to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and support overarching business goals.
Qualifications
What you will contribute to the role:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in a hospitality setting, luxury experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Meta, GMB, community engagement, and content creation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a creative edge.
- Adept at utilizing customer insights to develop effective marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and respond to new opportunities with innovative approaches.
