Overview:
Our client, a prominent entity in property management, is in search of a talented Portfolio Manager to oversee their health-oriented properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to regulations, and strategic growth across a varied portfolio, delivering comprehensive property management solutions.

Key Duties:

  • Operational Oversight: Guarantee compliance with legal standards, uphold exceptional presentation quality, and provide accurate reporting.
  • Development and Transition Management: Ensure seamless transitions and manage all documentation processes effectively.
  • Tenant Relations: Oversee tenant communications, sanction payment arrangements, and address escalated concerns.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold regulatory compliance and implement risk management protocols.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate robust relationships with clients and stakeholders, address grievances, and communicate proficiently.
  • Financial Oversight: Supervise profit and loss statements, authorize work orders, and manage financial plans.
  • Team Leadership: Facilitate team meetings, offer mentorship, evaluate performance, and encourage professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial property/building sector, ideally with a focus on health-related assets.
  • Possession of a Certificate of Registration (Agent's Rep) and a valid Driver's License.
  • Proven experience in managing portfolios and teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, report writing, and communication abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and workplace health and safety in facility management.
