Senior Education Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at Sandringham College. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to students and teachers in a fast-paced educational environment.
Job Description:- Provide evidence of high-level organisational, written, and communication skills in a team environment and the ability to prioritise tasks to work within specified timelines.
- Demonstrate ability to prepare materials for scientific experiments in biology, chemistry, & physics in accordance with curriculum requirements.
- Possess the technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position.
- Demonstrate capacity to show initiative in the provision of a broad range of support to teachers and students as required in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice & school policy.
- Demonstrated commitment to, and experience in inclusive education and a capacity to work with the school community to develop a school culture which celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
- Aptitude, experience, and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
- Commitment to the principles of equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
