About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our asphalt crew as a construction labourer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting labourers with construction labouring tasks, driving the HR truck to and from the site, and learning more skilled work as you progress in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist labourers with construction labouring tasks, including manual handling and physical labour
- Drive the HR truck to and from the site, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of personnel and equipment
- Participate in training and development programs to learn more skilled work and advance your career
Requirements:
- Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
- Fit and strong, with the ability to perform manual labour
- Good attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Experience in using basic hand tools and equipment
- Unrestricted HR license and White Card
