We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to help customers navigate their aged care journey. This will involve assisting with inquiries, resolving queries, and building relationships to pre-empt customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and supportive communication to customers
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve queries accurately and timely
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and build rapport
- Sound working knowledge of funding instruments and regulations associated with in-home/community care services
