Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Jewellery Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Melbourne. This role requires strong selling and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily shop operations and inventory management
  • Sell and promote high-end jewellery products to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support colleagues
  • Train new staff members and provide feedback on performance

Necessary Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry
  • Strong communication and written skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
