This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Division Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for multiple high-growth education ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement a lean, AI-native finance system that powers multiple high-growth education businesses with zero bloat and maximum scale.
  • Author definitive design decisions that eliminate complexity and establish scalable finance workflows.
  • Deliver precision written feedback on deep dives and improvement plans that elevate both human and AI performance.
  • Drive critical decisions in high-impact meetings focused on budgets, expansion strategy, vendor negotiations, and compliance.
  • Ensure flawless execution of core finance operations—tuition management, audits, tax filings—at enterprise scale.

Requirements:

  • Professional finance qualification: CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a senior finance executive role (SVP, CFO or equivalent) with comprehensive ownership across all finance functions.
  • Exceptional mastery of US GAAP and integrated financial statement management.
  • Extensive experience optimizing ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) in complex, multi-entity organizational structures.
  • Direct leadership or client-side management of 5+ external audits with Big 4 firms.
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills capable of engaging effectively with executive leadership.
