Job Title

A Cloud and AI Solution Engineer role focuses on helping customers modernize applications, adopt AI at scale, and transform their businesses through secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions.

This position supports the Financial Services Industry team and involves hands-on work such as proof of concepts, hackathons, and architecture workshops, alongside providing trusted technical guidance on Azure AI, AI Foundry, Responsible AI, and cloud platforms.

  • Drive technical sales conversations with business and technical decision makers using demos and proof-of-concepts to shape solution design and accelerate production deployments.
  • Lead engagements such as code-with sessions, architecture workshops to fast-track adoption of developer tools and cloud platforms.
  • Build relationships with developers and platform leaders co-designing secure, scalable, and innovative architectures.
  • Resolve technical blockers and objections working closely with engineering teams to provide feedback and influence product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AI application architecture including Agentic AI frameworks and Semantic Kernel.
  • Grow skills in cloud-native development including APIs containerization microservices event-driven systems and programming.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years technical pre-sales or consulting experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology OR 4+ years with cloud hybrid infrastructures architecture designs migrations industry standards technology management. Certifications in relevant technologies or disciplines are preferred.
