Subee Newlake provides a range of home-based services including nursing, disability support, respite care, and in-home support. As a Community Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to management

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disabilities, Aged Care or working towards obtaining
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) or willing to obtain
  • Driver's license and own car
