About the Role

This is a key position within the integrated planning team, working closely with the onsite Project Management team and the Contractor to ensure the successful delivery of a major construction project. The role involves verifying and validating data and configured information, as well as identifying and rectifying gaps in the planning and scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data from primary Programme, Primavera P6, and other key Project platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop safeguards and gross checks to assure data at each stage of development.
  • Verify short-term lookahead plans at L5 and L6 detail to ensure alignment with the Project baseline programme.
  • Continuously brief the Project Managers on any alignment or divergence from the Project baseline programme.
Requirements

Tertiary qualified in construction management or engineering, you will bring a solid career history of planning and scheduling in a similar mega-project; civil, mining or hydro. Your ability to communicate with colleagues and external stakeholders onsite will allow you to build rapport and drive relationships with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

This is a FIFO role, with a strong base salary plus superannuation, complemented by a roster allowance, site allowance, and an annual bonus. New purpose-built accommodation is available at the camps, including gyms and running tracks.
