Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at RAAF Base Pearce in Bullsbrook. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations and food service, delivering exceptional customer experience to Australian Defence personnel.

This is a full-time permanent position requiring you to work Monday to Friday. As a successful candidate, you must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undergo a police check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage meal services under the direction of the Sous Chef
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Participate in regular stocktake and inventory control

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Commercial Cookery qualification
  • HACCP Level 2 certification
  • Experience managing commercial kitchens
