The Youth Minister is a key position at MacKillop College, Bathurst, responsible for animating the spirituality and faith formation of youth. The successful candidate will promote attitudes based on Gospel values and provide faith formation and leadership opportunities to youth within the Parish, school, and broader community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement faith formation programs for youth
- Provide leadership opportunities for youth in the Parish and school
- Collaborate with teachers to implement the CSYMA Curriculum and additional classroom catechesis
- Facilitate outreach events and engage students in further formation opportunities
- Work with teachers to develop and implement spiritual growth programs for youth
