We have been providing high-quality furniture and homewares to our customers for over 45 years, operating 40+ stores across Eastern Australia and Adelaide.

**Job Overview**

We are currently searching for an experienced Part Time Sales Assistant with a passion for furniture & homewares, who enjoys building relationships with their customers and working in a small dynamic team.

This is the perfect role for those with a background in retail or customer-facing roles including hospitality and the education sector.

A Competitive Salary of $35-$50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
  • To work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge, assisting customers with their purchases and offering recommendations where appropriate.
  • To process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments and maintaining a high standard of cash handling procedures.

Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service during these periods.
