We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Perth, Australia. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional luxury spa experiences to our guests, providing personalized treatments and services that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of luxury spa treatments, including massage therapy, facial treatments, body scrub/wrap experiences, and manicures & pedicures
  • Provide high-level customer care and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our spa menu and perform all treatments to the highest standards
  • Offer guests different treatments and homecare options to suit their goals and preferences
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly retail targets to obtain incentives as set by the Spa Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
  • Minimum 1 year's industry experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Desire to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the spa
  • Experience with Biologique Recherche or LaGaia Unedited is highly desirable
  • National Police Clearance
