About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership for projects, aligning them with the goals and objectives of the business, and ensuring their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction and leadership for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Align projects with the goals and objectives of the business, ensuring they are strategic and aligned with the company's overall vision.
- Conduct project planning, identifying milestones and defining an integrated project plan for cost, time, and quality.
- Optimize resource allocations to maximize performance and ensure the project is delivered efficiently.
- Define and manage dependencies of the project with other ongoing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and coordination.
- Monitor milestones and evaluate progress, identifying variances and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Assure proper coordination of all line and staff elements to ensure the project's success.
- Assess and report project status, including cost, schedule, quality, and risks, to the business initiative manager and senior management.
- Manage project risks in accordance with the Risk Management processes specified within PMP.
- Ensure knowledge dissemination among team members and contribute to the organization's knowledge management system.
- Accountable for achieving the objectives of the project as defined and agreed to in the Project Management Plan.
- Review status regularly and recommend corrective actions for risks, issues, and deviations.
- Perform Delivery Completion Review at the end of the project with the Project Manager and Project Owner.
- Ensure the Requirements Traceability Matrix is maintained, if specified.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience leading and managing complex projects with multiple dependencies end to end.
- Prince2, PMBoK, Agile, or other recognized Project Management certification.
- High degree of stakeholder management experience, including Executive Level reporting and Communication Skills.
- Knowledge and use of Agile delivery methods and tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- MS-Project.
