We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with their equipment solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers, generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoices, and coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns.

The role also involves liaising with suppliers to support our customers and occasionally assisting colleagues in the yard with loading equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experiences
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
