Job Summary:

Wilson Security is seeking experienced Full Time Security Officers to provide a high level of security service to our clients in the Kalgoorlie region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal and external patrols of the site
  • Act as a point of contact for visitor enquiries
  • Monitor site activity, identifying irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences
  • Provide timely resolution to identified issues, ensuring compliance with site requirements
  • Complete daily activity and incident reports, ensuring all reporting obligations and timeframes are met
  • General administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Current and valid WA Security and Crowd Controller licence
  • Current and valid WA Manual Driver's licence
  • Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
  • Previous security experience in a mining/resources environment will be highly regarded
  • Gate house experience
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to think quickly and provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • The ability to positively contribute to a team environment
