Drive Customer Engagement

You will be the designated expert within assigned stores, fostering a seamless experience for customers that drives sales.

Focus on interacting with customers, showcasing product features and benefits, and converting interactions into meaningful sales.

Ensure strong brand awareness across products, building relationships and educating Retail Staff to recommend products and expand sales footprint.

You will:

  • Deliver sales exceeding targets
  • Develop key partnerships with store personnel
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback on field activity

To succeed, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales-related customer engagement
  • High standards of customer service and relationship building
  • Outgoing personality with high energy levels

Key Responsibilities:
