About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our dynamic procurement team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing materials globally, managing a diverse range of suppliers, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods that drive innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team to achieve company goals.
  • Develop strategic direction of our procurement function that aligns with our supply chain vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet new product development timelines.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors to proactively adapt procurement sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure that goods, materials, and services are procured in accordance with specified quality, delivery, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Previous experience as a Procurement or Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing company, preferably with an electronics manufacturing background.
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team of high-performing procurement professionals.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, procurement tools (SAP Ariba is highly desirable), and data analytics using Power BI or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
