We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer to join our team at Legal People. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling estate disputes and will challenges, guardianship and capacity disputes, as well as estate planning and administration work.
Key Responsibilities- Run your own matters under supervision, assisting with more complex files as needed.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of disputes.
- Develop and implement strategies to resolve estate disputes and will challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in estate litigation and estate planning matters.
- Solid technical skills, commercial awareness, and strong empathy.
- Highly developed communication skills at all levels, with a focus on client service.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
