Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Environmental Strategy Director to lead our sustainability efforts. As a key member of our team, you will drive innovative practices, collaborate with stakeholders, and spearhead strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies, integrating environmental considerations into business decisions.
  • Create and manage policies that promote sustainable practices and minimize environmental impact.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of sustainability, driving adoption of best practices.
  • Lead the sustainability team, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure success.
  • Oversee projects related to sustainability, ensuring effective execution and timely completion.
  • Pursue opportunities for innovation, integrating cutting-edge practices and technologies to enhance sustainability performance.
  • Report on key sustainability metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sustainability roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Copper Quail offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
