
Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Assurance Centre of Excellence (COE). The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives to maximise impact, coverage and win rate. They will develop value propositions for service offerings, campaigns and pursuits while managing a complex stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities- The COE Leader will define the pursuit pipeline with Assurance Markets and Service Line Leadership.
- They will oversee qualification and MORE process activities.
- The COE Leader will manage resourcing using COE resources and liaise with Oceania Pursuits and Commercial Excellence Leader.
- They will connect with Clients and Industries teams to increase win probability across Audit and Assurance Advisory.
- The COE Leader will lead pursuits as Pursuit Leader, including stakeholder engagement strategies and proposal development.
- They will oversee Retains account management activities, including CX activities and connects accounts to new solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in pursuits or similar in building relationships and winning work.
- They should have experience managing direct reports and allocating work.
- The COE Leader must be able to prioritise tasks and manage workload.
