  1. Drive the full sales process using a consultative selling approach to achieve sales quotas.
  2. Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  3. Conduct targeted demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on our solutions.
  4. Collaborate with pre-sales and product operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Lead contract and pricing negotiations to close deals, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
  6. Provide regular updates, projections, and forecasts of sales activities using company reporting tools.
  7. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
  8. Attend conferences and industry-related events to network and promote our services.
  9. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our products and services.
  10. Travel up to 20% as required.
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in managed services/outsourcing or software sales with a proven track record of quota achievement.
  2. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analyze the needs of prospects.
  3. Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  4. Experience in the insurance industry is required.
