Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office space.

The Role

The Corporate Workplace Concierge plays a vital role in providing authentic service experiences that foster strong relationships between CBRE, our client and their guests. As the first point of contact at Reception, you will be responsible for welcoming employees and guests with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls and inquiries efficiently
  • Create a comfortable and inviting workspace
  • Anticipate client needs for memorable experiences
  • Ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance
Requirements:

We are looking for experienced professionals from high-touch environments (banking, legal, hospitality) who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a knack for exceptional office presentation. Tech-savvy candidates proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools are highly desirable.

What We Offer:

At CBRE, we offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.
