SAP Logistics Expert Partner

We are seeking an experienced SAP logistics expert to partner with clients and drive stability, optimisation, and continuous improvement of their business-critical SAP environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to ensure their SAP logistics platform runs seamlessly and evolves to meet changing business needs.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide governance and oversight for Day 2 operational activities, including SLA management and incident resolution.
- Lead service review meetings and ensure the support team delivers exceptional service.
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex functional issues within SAP MM, SD, and LE, applying deep expertise to solve challenging problems.
With a solid understanding of how logistics modules integrate with other core SAP modules, particularly Finance and Controlling (FICO), for troubleshooting cross-functional issues, this role requires proven experience working in Application Management Services (AMS) or senior production support roles.
Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage ticket queues, prioritise workloads effectively, and lead a support team.
A consulting mindset is also required, acting as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Previous experience working in the telecommunications industry is highly valued.
