Job Overview

Are you a skilled travel professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of our corporate travel management team, your primary responsibility will be to manage the travel requirements of large market corporations. This includes presenting travel solutions, making professional and accurate business travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless execution of complex itineraries.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate or leisure travel consulting, with a strong focus on sales, delivery, and customer service. Additionally, you will:

  • Have strong international fare skills
  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts
  • Follow company procedures and account guidelines in making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, and CRS/GDS productivity
  • Be proficient in GDS systems, particularly Sabre
  • Be an excellent communicator and possess professionalism
  • Work collaboratively as a team member and assist other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing clients
  • Maintain positive working relationships with accounts and their employees
  • Provide innovative solutions to travel-related problems that clients may encounter with arrangements
  • Possess high attention to detail and strong time management skills
