Commercial Cleaning Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operations of multiple client contracted janitorial and other service areas.
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification of building solutions and/or products.
- Develop and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
- Negotiate agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
This role requires long-term relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring excellence in quality and satisfaction, and promoting the sale of additional maintenance solutions.
- At least 2 years of management experience in janitorial services or equivalent.
- High School diploma required, bachelor's degree desirable.
- Highly detail oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
This position demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of CRM database. Reliable transportation is necessary.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe physical demands of this role include constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
