Production Coordinator

Job Description:

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily activities of the production department. This includes providing administrative support to the production control team lead, liaising with other departments such as planning, supply, scheduling, engineering, and quality to ensure that all work packs and materials are processed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. You will also have experience in using ERP systems and have a basic understanding of engineering drawings.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the production control team lead
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient processing of work packs and materials
  • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the production department
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of data integrity in the ERP system
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a production or stores-based environment
  • Experience in using ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of engineering drawings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
