CBRE is seeking a Senior Development Manager to join our Development and Infrastructure team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale development and infrastructure projects, providing strategic advice to clients, and managing multiple assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead service delivery and deliverables for clients
  • Develop and implement project strategies, including scope development, consultant and supplier procurement, project scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, contract administration, and project reporting
  • Oversee the quality of written reports and present to clients
  • Foster client engagement and develop meaningful relationships with government and private sector clients
  • Business development and client base expansion

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Development, Town Planning, or Architecture, with 15+ years' experience
  • Experienced client-side Project/Senior Development Manager or Senior Infrastructure Advisor looking for the next step in their advisory career
  • Strategic leaders able to and experienced in leading large-scale development and/or infrastructure projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Team player with energy, enthusiasm, and the capacity to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas
