Job Title: Catgory Insights Analyst

">About the Role:

This is a pivotal position in our Retail team where you will play a crucial role in driving category growth and optimizing brand performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning with major customers' strategic initiatives and transforming insights into actionable plans to drive necessary changes.
  • Delivering data-driven insights that support pricing and promotional strategies, maximizing sales, and enhancing margin contribution.
  • Driving market share by sharing critical insights that identify key areas of focus, comprehensive category review planning, and innovation opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Category Insight Analyst role within FMCG.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience on IRI/Circana, Quantium, Synergy, and NielsenIQ data platforms.
  • The ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
