About The Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team at Grace Removals as an entry-level role. As a member of our team, you will support our experienced crew and learn the specialist skills of our trade. The role is varied, with no two days being the same. Our Skills Path training scheme will take you on a learning journey to a whole new career, potentially leading to roles such as driving one of our trucks, running our warehouse, or running the company.

• Pack and unpack customer effects carefully
• Load and unload vehicles
• Complete and read required paperwork, sometimes using a tablet
• Communicate regularly with customers during uplift and delivery
• Maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and warehouse

About You

• To be considered for this role, you must be:
• Friendly, helpful, honest, and customer-focused with a proactive can-do attitude
• Willing and eager to learn and adapt to change with a high level of professionalism
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Care about your personal appearance and have a helpful and friendly manner
• Physically fit, with lifting and physical exertion being part of the role
