Job Title: Area Manager for Child Services
This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee multiple services across a dynamic region and drive quality improvements using industry frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor People Leaders and Educators
- Drive quality improvements using NQF, NQS & MTOP
- Guide services through Assessment & Rating with confidence
- Build strong relationships with schools and communities
- Manage budgets and compliance
- Travel between sites to deliver support that truly matters
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Proven OSHC leadership experience (Area Manager or equivalent)
- Skilled in NQF, MTOP & Early Years Learning Framework
- Strong communicator and mentor of dispersed teams
- WWCC, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Valid driver's license and happy to travel
