Delivery Operations Manager

The Dispatch Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished products to clients. This position involves working closely with the production, logistics, and customer service teams to manage schedules, prepare documentation, and monitor deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the dispatch of finished products to clients
- Schedule and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery notes
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to resolve any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and delivery statuses
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the production and logistics teams to align dispatch schedules with production outputs. You will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with staff to ensure availability of products for dispatch. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during dispatch operations.
