- You will work closely with internal teams to identify and develop tailored employment solutions for each client.
- Your primary focus will be on empowering clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment.
- You will also play a key role in brokering new employment opportunities in the Melbourne Metropolitan area and surrounds.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist will include:
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and allied health professionals to deliver effective employment solutions.
- Providing job skills development and confidence-building programs to support clients' return to work goals.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local employers and organizations to secure job opportunities.
- Completing written progress reports and other documentation on a regular basis.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of experience in occupational and/or vocational rehabilitation.
- Previous experience in employment services or disability employment is highly desirable.
- Strong resume writing skills and an understanding of the local labor market.
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
