Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain, repair, and test Arjo's range of products (medical equipment) as well as a range of related third-party equipment.
- Conduct routine scheduled servicing (Preventative) and breakdown support (Reactive).
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed time frames.
- Provide accurate and compliant reporting on equipment serviced and repaired in Arjo's service ERP system.
- Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in Arjo's service ERP system.
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a highly engaged and vibrant workplace culture.
Requirements- Mechanical and/or Electronics background and aptitude.
- 2-5 years' relevant field service experience, preferably within the Healthcare or a service related sector.
- Proven problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong time management and planning skills with an ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident, and exhibit sensitivity interacting with staff and clients in a range of healthcare environments.
- The ability to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions for mutual benefit.
- Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools, and test/inspection equipment.
- Computer literacy; iPad use familiarity will be advantageous.
- The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment.
- A current QLD driver's licence (Class C) is essential.
- Due to the role working in hospitals and aged care facilities, you may be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have a current influenza vaccination, in order to enter customers premises.
