Job Opportunity: Study Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Study Support Assistant at Liverpool Hospital in Sydney. This is a part-time position that offers a 0.6 FTE permanent employment opportunity with potential for extension.

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to investigative site teams.
  • Coordinate study recruitment activities and scheduling visits.
  • Transcribe source document data points into electronic data capture systems, including query responses.
  • Ensure smooth operation of clinical trials by coordinating study-related tasks and procedures.
  • Maintain and archive study-related documentation.
  • Support Principal Investigators with study close-out activities.
  • Audit support as needed.

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree qualified in Healthcare or Science preferred.
  • Prior experience at a clinical research site essential.
  • Working knowledge in Cardiology advantageous.
